Section 12
Things to be followed by the conciliator
The conciliator must follow the following things in the course of his work:
(a) Conciliation proceedings should be carried out impartially,
(b) not to show inclination, solicitation, prejudice or any similar behavior towards any party,
(c) no party shall be made to reconcile through fear, intimidation, inducement or inducement,
(d) Financial transactions should not have taken place with any of the parties to the dispute while the dispute was pending (e) No action shall be taken contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act in relation to conciliation,
(f) In connection with reconciliation work, no financial or other interest-related business or transaction should be done with the parties,
(G) To follow the code of conduct to be followed while carrying out the work of reconciliation.
